Home Security

Our standard residential security system has a cash cost of only $460.00+tax, no contract, and includes the following hardware:

• Ademco Vista 20P Alarm Panel
• (1) Ademco 6160 Keypad (additional keypads available for $144.96/ea (+tax))
• (1) Ademco WAVE 2 Siren
• (2) Pet-Immune* Infrared Motion Sensors
  *Immune to most pets up to 40lbs.
• Backup Battery
• (1) Yard Sign and (2) Window Decals ($12 for each package thereafter.)

Monitoring is available for as little as $16.99/mo with NO contract. Compare to Brinks® Home Security's monitoring contract of 3 years at $31.99 per month, or ADT's "Essentials Plus" package at $33.99 per month.

Business Security

Business security systems, over their life, can potentially save your company a considerable amount of money on business insurance, theft prevention, and recovery. Our business systems include the equipment, or similar, listed above, selected for your needs.

Financing

We have the ability to finance your alarm panel in certain circumstances. In order to finance your system through us, we ask for the following:

• 35% of the total hardware cost.
• The first three months worth of payments, via post-dated checks.
• A two or three year monitoring agreement, based on the cost of system.

An example finance agreement would be the following: $460 hardware purchase, monitoring at $17 per month, required monthly billing ($1/month) and sales tax. Down payment would be $460 x 35% = $161 + $17 + $1 + 6.5% tax = $190.64. The remaining months would be $27.18 + $17 + $1 + 6.5% tax = $48.12. The equipment is yours. After the equipment is paid off, your monitoring remains at $17 per month. Total cost of your system for the first year, including monitoring, would be $719.96. Every year after would just be $217.26, assuming conversion to annual billing.

We do not charge interest under these terms. Payments received after the 15th will be assessed a late-payment penalty of 10% of the then current past due amount.
